Toronto Hydro crews have restored power to about 2,000 customers affected by an outage in the city’s north end.
At its peak about 2,700 customers were affected.
The power went out around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday after a problem with a transformer cable. It was restored shortly after midnight.
The boundaries of the outage were Victoria Park Avenue to the east, the DVP to the west, Lawrence Avenue to the north, and Eglinton Avenue to the south.
Power restored in the Vic Park and Lawrence area at approx 12:15. Thank you for your patience as we worked to get everyone back on. #darkto
